Shipping Policy – Dua Traders

All orders placed on www.duatraders.in are shipped via trusted domestic courier services and/or India Post (Speed Post).

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days from the date of order and payment confirmation, or as per the delivery timeline agreed upon during checkout. However, delivery timelines are subject to courier company or postal service norms, and Dua Traders is not liable for any delay caused by third-party courier partners.

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Please ensure that the address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues.

Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been dispatched.

⚠️ Note: Any shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
